Bay Path University ID

Your Bay Path University ID is electronically coded to provide you with exclusive access to a variety of services including building entry, meals at the Blake Dining Commons and printing. It is your primary means of student identification. If you lose your University ID report this immediately through the Wildcat Card Program. If your ID is lost, stolen or damaged, a $10.00 replacement fee will be charged. Your Bay Path ID is good for the duration of your time at the university.

How to obtain an ID

Do I need to upload a photo for my new ID?

Only new students need to upload a picture. This can be done by going to https://wildcat.baypath.edu/ (Instructions below).

If this is a replacement ID your previous photo will be used.

 

When will I receive my new Wildcat ID card if I live on campus?

Residents will receive their new card along with their keys when they move in.

 

When will I receive my new Wildcat ID card if I am a non-resident?

Non-residents must contact the Department of Public Safety Administrative Office at vbraim@baypath.edu

 

Alumni IDs 

Alumni must upload a new picture and contact the department at vbraim@baypath.edu to arrange for pick up. IDs are not mailed for security reasons. Alumni IDs will provide access to the Breck Fitness Center and Hatch Library, all Covid 19 protocols must be followed.

 

Your photo must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected.

  1. You will receive best results using a selfie.
  2. No filters allowed.
  3. You must use a solid color background – no outdoor photos
  4. Photo must be taken looking straight ahead, no angle or side poses.
  5. No hats, caps, scarves or sunglasses.
  6. No animals or props.
  7. Straight face or smile (no funny faces).
  8. Photo must be in color, no black and white photos.
  9. If not using a selfie the following criteria must be followed:
  1. You must use JPEG format
  2. Maximum size 1500 x 2000 pixels
  3. Minimum size 300 x 400 pixels
  4. Maximum file size 2048 KB
  5. Minimum resolution 72 dpi

If your photo does not accurately represent you or if your photo does not meet these requirements, your photo will be rejected and you will be asked to retake your photo before we will issue your photo ID.

 

Instructions for uploading your photo to https://wildcat.baypath.edu/

  1. Click on “Your Account.”
  2. Then choose “Upload Photo.”
  1. Complete the Photo Upload form.
  2. Read and agree to the "Terms and Conditions" of the Wildcat Card Agreement.
  3. Upload a photo of your government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID or passport.)
  4. Upload a photo of yourself that meets the criteria below.
  5. Crop/adjust the photo as needed.
  6. You will see your image appear on the screen with a message at the top that tells you if it has been successfully uploaded. Your image will have a "pending" status next to it until we have approved or declined it.

Incoming Residents will receive their ID with their room key when they move in. All others will be contacted by the Department of Public Safety with disbursement information.
